Shotbag Ballast stands behind our products. We guarantee that everything we make is free of defects in workmanship and materials. Our warranty does not cover natural material and color breakdown from use, or damages caused by normal wear and tear, accident, or improper care.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact service@shotbagballast.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Your current shipping address
• Clear photos:
• one photo of the full product
• one close-up photo of the damage

Please allow 3-4 business days for your warranty request to be reviewed. Our customer service team will contact you via email with next steps.
